air add-ons
apply to the
cruise or cruise
+ South Florida
package. All
transfers for
air/sea passengers are
included. |

Should
you elect to
provide your
own air transportation,
note that transfers
from the airport
to and from
the Westerdan
are not included.
The distance
from airport
to cruise ship
is about 10-15
minutes by taxi. You
may pre-purchase
airport
transfers from the
Ft. Lauderdale
airport to the
ship at a cost
of $24pp, or
from the Miami
airport at $48pp. You
must arrive
in Ft. Lauderdale no
later than 1:00pm
(preferably
earlier) on April
9th.
Your return
flight from
Ft. Lauderdale should
not arranged
before 12:00pm
on April 16th.

3. |
Should
you wish to
deviate your
air from the
"standard"
schedule, Holland
America Line
charges $35pp
for this service.
All requests
must be sent
in writing to
The Cruise Authority. Air
deviation charges
are non-refundable.

4. |
Any
special seat
assignments
or other requests
must be made
directly with
the participating
air carrier. You will
receive your
air schedule
approximately
30 days prior
to departure.

5. |
If
you are departing
from the Pacific
Time Zone, you
may be required
to fly to
Ft.
Lauderdale
on April 8th.
In this instance,
you will be
required to
pay for the
hotel night.
You will be
advised in advance
if this scenario
occurs.

6. |
Fees
will apply to
any changes
to existing
air reservations
made within
65 days of travel
or deletion/cancellation
of the Fly-Cruise
Plan from your
booking within
this same time
period.
